As an Online & Field Sales Referral Agent, you will:
Present & Demonstrate Products: Clearly explain and demonstrate clients' products to their potential customers.
Engage with Customers: Travel to different locations, meet prospects and build strong relationships with both new and existing customers.
Resolve Customer Queries: Address customer concerns, answer queries, and provide excellent customer service to increase satisfaction levels.
Attract New Leads: Develop and execute strategies to attract new leads, present products, and create purchasing desire.
Manage Customer Feedback: Handle customer complaints and provide solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
Education: Minimum of Grade 10 (Grade 12 or Tertiary qualifications will be advantageous).
Age: Between 18 and 38 years old.
Citizenship: Must be a South African citizen.
Language Proficiency: Fluent in at least 5 official South African languages.
Sales Experience: Previous experience in sales is an added advantage.
Motivation: Self-motivated, with a strong work ethic and commitment to meeting targets.
